Claudia Hill-Bickham is an accomplished Senior Law Enforcement Manager with over 30 years of juvenile and adult corrections experience with a solid record of success with leading program management and program execution. Recognized for outstanding performance at all levels in her career, she posses an established work ethic dedicated to turning around underperforming operations, enhancing efficiencies, building coalitions among disparate operations and technical assistance.
Ms. Hill-Bickham retired as the Assistant Trustee, Detention Standards, and Compliance Division, Office of the Federal Detention Trustee, Department of Justice in 2011 where she drove completion ‘of the Federal Performance-Based Detention Standards utilized by the United States Marshals Service (USMS) in their Private contract facilities housing USMS pre-trial detainees. Her leadership led the Office of the Federal Detention Trustee (OFDT) to receive Special Recognition from the Deputy Attorney General for work on the National Repository Certification and Accreditation program and Excellence in Information Technology. She held numerous management and leadership positions within the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) to include, Assistant Administrator; District of Columbia Offender Section; Assistant Correctional Programs Administrator, Washington, DC; Case Management Coordinator, United States Penitentiary Administrative Maximum Correctional Security Facility, Florence Colorado; Federal Correctional Institution, Allenwood, Pennsylvania and Case Manager, Federal Correctional Institution, Oakdale, Louisiana.
During her career with the
Ms. Hill-Bickham served as a Juvenile Probation and Parole Officer for the State of Louisiana and a Probation Officer for Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, where she received numerous special recognitions from Judges for her work on developing an Intake Assessment form utilized by judges during juvenile hearings.
